Coordinator, Research Operations

The Coordinator, Research Operations will help administer the daily operations of Quadrant’s Washington, D.C. office. As a small, but rapidly growing, research-based consulting firm, we are looking for someone able to take on a wide variety of tasks and learn our business from the ground up. It is a terrific opportunity to help build the operational backbone of a growing firm.

Responsibilities will include supporting the firm in the execution of its research projects as well as administrative tasks related to the running of the office. There is significant room for growth in the role across time. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing a large and growing panel of research participants:

    • Vetting panel registrations

    • Recruiting panelists to participate in research initiatives

    • Maintaining strong relationships with panelists

    • Communicating and paying participant incentives

  • Assist in the execution of client engagements including testing surveys, ensuring data accuracy and working with fieldwork vendors

  • Coordinating HR-related functions including the following:

    • Recruiting: managing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews

    • Scheduling firm-wide training events

    • Serving as a liaison to the firm’s benefits providers

    • Updating firm policies and coordinating communication of updates to staff

  • Helping to oversee office facilities, organizing internal staff meetings and firm-wide events and coordinating visitors to the office

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous work experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willingness to learn various software as needed

As the firm grows, there are many directions that this role may take including specialization in one or more area of firm operations or a transition to working on a client team. The position reports to the firm’s Managing Director.

This full-time position is based in Washington, D.C., and requires no travel. Compensation and benefits are competitive. All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
