Consultant

We seek highly motivated individuals to join our team full-time as Consultants. The ideal candidate is looking to gain experience working on consulting-style engagements for firms and organizations in a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners to design and execute client engagements, including writing proposals, strategy and research memos and other external reports, and presenting them to clients
• Directly manage a team of Associates and Senior Associates (typically 1-4 staff members)
• Design, develop, implement and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies, such as proprietary polling, focus groups and other research methodologies
• Manage client projects, including allocating resources across the team to meet project goals and deadlines
• Participate in the management and operations of the company, including developing and managing vendor relationships, overseeing the operations of their own team, and helping drive business development

• Strong oral communication and writing skills and a keen attention to detail
• Experienced and effective team and project manager

• Demonstrates excellent judgment and perfect discretion
• Highly organized, with excellent time management skills; capable of managing across multiple projects at once

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; M.B.A. or other relevant Master’s level degree preferred
• Strong academic record
• Three or more years work experience, preferably in consulting or related professional services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
