How long does it take to receive the incentive?

You will receive your payment within 2 weeks of completing your engagement with Quadrant Strategies.

How will I get paid?

We use a payout platform called Trolley. Trolley allows us to quickly distribute payments across the globe to individuals or companies in any currency. Visit their website to find out more information: https://trolley.com/

Is Trolley free to use?

Yes. When you set up your account using the invitation link you will receive via email from noreply@incentives.quadstrat.com with a subject line “Get set up to receive payments from Quadrant Strategies LLC”, using Trolley will be free of charge for all Quadrant Strategies payments.

How do I create my profile?

You will receive an email from noreply@incentives.quadstrat.com with a subject line “Get set up to receive payments from Quadrant Strategies LLC”. Following the link from that email, you will be able to log in to the Trolley portal and set up your account. The information we will require before being able to process your incentive are:

  • Your legal name, address and country of residence
  • Your bank account number in which you wish to receive your incentive
  • Your tax information for end of year tax reporting

Why do you need my tax information?

US federal tax law requires us to collect tax information through an IRS Form W-9 or W-8 series and report on certain income paid. Otherwise, we will withhold taxes from payments made to them at a rate of 30%.

How do I set up my tax information?

  1. Click Submit a Tax Form and you’ll see the “Tax Form Selection” page
  2. You will be prompted to fill out a series of selections. Click “Continue” after each one.
  3. When you are done, you can choose your “Tax Statement Delivery Method,” either E-delivery or Postal Mail. Regardless of selection, you will get an email notifying you that your form is available for download within your account.
  4. Click “Done” at the very end.
  5. Once you’ve completed this step, you will have submitted your tax form. Once submitted, your tax form will be reviewed and approved.

Can I see my payment history?

Yes, you can. When you log in to your Quadrant Strategies Trolley portal, you will see all the payments sent to you from January 1, 2023 onwards.

How can I access my end of year tax documents?

Once your form is available for download within your account, you will get an email notification.

What type of email communication will I be getting from Quadrant and Trolley?

First, you will receive an email invitation to set up your account. Afterwards, you will receive email notifications when you receive a new payment, as well as if your tax documents need to be updated or reviewed or if you make any changes to your profile (e.g. update your bank details).

All communication will come from noreply@incentives.quadstrat.com – please add that address to your address book to ensure that you don’t miss an email.
