Amy Gibbs

Amy is a Vice President, Talent & Growth at Quadrant.

Bringing almost 20 years of people operations experience to Quadrant, Amy brings a positive, practical and people-focused approach to growing and scaling professional service organizations. She is passionate about the employee experience, empowering diversity, inclusion and equity in the workplace, and creating highly engaged and authentic organizational cultures aligned to core values, innovation and business strategy.

Prior to joining Quadrant, Amy spent the last 11 years at CrossCountry Consulting, and its spin-off organization CrossVue, leading various programs and internal teams through transformational growth with a people-first approach. At CrossVue, she served as VP of People & Culture, overseeing talent acquisition, human resources, compensation, employee experience, performance management, learning & development, and resource management. She also worked in investment banking and capital markets supporting business operations, and began her career as an education consultant.

Amy graduated from American University in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Amy is originally from Kansas City, KS by way of White Plains, NY and is currently based in the metro Washington, DC area
