Billy McKeveny

Billy is a Senior Advisor with 20 years of experience across research, technology, brand, and customer experience consulting. 

He supports and advises Global Fortune 500 firms on building unique, functional, and emotional connections with their customers and uncovering ways to surprise and delight them through exceptional customer experiences.

Prior to joining Quadrant Strategies, Billy was a Senior Partner at Ipsos, originating and leading key relationships and engagements across the company’s 20 service lines, comprised of research, SaaS platforms, and consulting. His engagements spanned multiple industries, including Technology, Retail/Ecommerce, Luxury, Beauty, Social Media and Content platforms and Wine/Spirits.

Billy also spent several years with the Global Brand and Customer Experience consulting firm Siegel + Gale, where he originated and led numerous Fortune 1000 rebrands and scaled their Customer Experience practice.

Billy lives in San Francisco and holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. When he’s not working you may find him planning his next Pearl Jam concert tour holiday, skiing with his childhood pals, cooking with his partner Lauren, or talking History with anyone who will listen.
