Celia has more than a decade of experience advising organizations in the sport, media, technology, telecommunications and pharmaceutical sectors. Her work focuses on helping organisations understand and navigate their most significant reputational challenges through bespoke research. A trusted partner to many global organisations, Celia translates complex findings into clear strategic direction, supporting leaders in making informed decisions in high-profile and fast-moving environments.
Before joining Quadrant in early 2024, Celia spent ten years at Yonder Consulting (a London-based reputation and strategy agency) in its government and corporate affairs team. During her time at Yonder, she worked for clients across the private and public sectors including the Premier League, Roche, BT Group, and the BBC, as well as a number of government departments.
Celia graduated from the University of Exeter with a combined honours bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish and holds the London School of Economics MBA Essentials qualification. Originally from London, Celia is still based there where she leads a team in the firm’s UK office.
