Sara Gormley

Head of Research Operations

Sara Gormley brings more than two decades of experience in market research and strategic insights to her role as Vice President of Research Operations at Quadrant Strategies. A veteran of the quantitative research world, Sara has built her career translating rigorous data into strategic direction for clients navigating complex brand, reputation, and market challenges.

At Quadrant, Sara leads the firm’s comprehensive research operations function, encompassing quantitative and qualitative operations, engagement management, and digital analytics teams driving initiatives that expand the firm’s capabilities and elevate the speed and quality of research delivery.

Prior to Quadrant, Sara served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Insights at Material, where she honed her expertise in consumer and B2B research with a specialization in quantitative methodologies across a range of industries. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

A proud lifelong Angeleno, in her spare time Sara can most often be found on the sidelines of a soccer pitch — volunteering, cheering on her kids, or devoutly flying the colors of LAFC.
