Custom Recruitment & White-Glove Respondent Experience

Our recruitment process is fully white-glove. We don’t send our respondents through lengthy screeners or send them mass emails; we reach out to respondents individually, explaining why we’ve identified them and how their experience is relevant to what we’re doing. Then, that same recruiter remains the respondent’s point of contact through onboarding, creating a human-led experience.

To ensure that that high-quality experience is consistent from beginning to end, we always moderate our own engagements. If we are moderating in a language that our senior strategists don’t speak, we have a team of trusted partners in local markets with whom we work regularly. No C-Suite respondent will be interviewed by a first-year Associate, as an example.
