As Chief Operating Officer, Robin oversees the full spectrum of internal operations at Quadrant Strategies, ranging from research ops to finance and organizational strategy. His leadership is foundational to ensuring the firm’s infrastructure remains agile and capable of supporting complex, global research initiatives for our clients.
Robin joined Quadrant from the Expert Network and Panel side of the research industry, where he directed respondent recruitment for high-stakes qualitative and quantitative projects across a wide array clients across the globe, including Quadrant. This background, spanning both client-facing and operational roles, allows him to proactively anticipate client requirements by building robust internal systems, scalable processes, and high-performing teams. His focus is on enhancing the firm’s overall structural capability to deliver seamless results.
Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Robin now resides in New Jersey with his wife and son. He serves as Quadrant’s internal go-to person on operational excellence, the cultural significance of Swedish Fish, and the finer points of IKEA furniture assembly.
