Billy Mann is a Founder and Managing Partner of Quadrant. Over the past decade, he has built and scaled the firm into a market leader that serves more than half of the Fortune 50. Under Billy’s leadership, Quadrant has established a reputation for helping the world’s most prominent companies navigate their most important decisions through a unique combination of high-quality sample, dedicated client service, and incisive strategy.
While directing the firm’s vision and growth, Billy remains a sought-after strategist for senior executives. He is a specialist in navigating the intersection of reputation and high-stakes policy, having advised on many of the most consequential corporate crises and regulatory battles of recent years across the technology, financial services, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Previously, Billy served as President of the global research firm PSB and as Assistant Chief of Staff to Maryland Lt. Governor Kathleen Kennedy Townsend. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University, where he earned a B.A. and M.A. in History. He is based in Washington, D.C.
