Margot is a strategist who uses research to help organizations navigate complex communications challenges, shape business strategy, and advance their corporate affairs objectives.
Senior executives turn to Margot when the stakes are high and the answers aren’t obvious. She has guided clients through complex product launches, reputation challenges, and market positioning decisions across technology, entertainment, and beyond — including an increasing focus on AI policy and the strategic challenges that emerge as organizations develop and deploy new AI products and capabilities.
With more than a decade of experience, her work spans messaging and narrative development, audience research, reputation strategy, and public affairs — giving leaders the clarity to act decisively on their most pressing challenges.
Prior to joining Quadrant, Margot served as Senior Director of Insights & Strategy at Kelton Global. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Davidson College. She is based in Los Angeles.
