Eric Bornstein

Vice President

Eric specializes in designing research programs that provide clarity on complex communications, policy, and market challenges by uncovering how key stakeholders and decision-makers interpret emerging issues.

His work spans a wide range of sectors, including technology, biotech and healthcare, financial services, higher education, and government, and helps organizations launch new products and initiatives, sharpen brand positioning, manage reputation, and navigate evolving policy and regulatory environments.

A core focus of Eric’s work is helping clients engage with audiences that are often difficult to reach through traditional research approaches. His work frequently touches on enterprise decision-makers, industry leaders, policymakers, and other influential voices whose perspectives shape both market and policy outcomes.

Eric is particularly passionate about improving respondent quality in modern research and has been an advocate of Quadrant’s efforts to build specialized recruitment capabilities and proprietary panels that allow clients to hear directly from the audiences that matter most.

Prior to joining Quadrant Strategies, spent over a decade at Whitman Insight Strategies. Today, he splits his time between New York City and the Catskills, where he lives with his wife, dog, and cat.
