Prior to joining Quadrant Strategies, Afshin honed a scientific, data-driven approach to brand communications at Kelton Global and Penn Schoen Berland.
He also spent nearly a decade in political communications, learning the art of positioning and messaging through the news media and social media. He was Communications Director for Senator Robert Menendez and Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney, and Press Secretary for Congressman Chris Van Hollen.
Afshin graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Political Science and has an M.A. in Political Management from George Washington University. He is based in Washington, D.C.
