Anna Blender is a market research and strategy expert who has spent 15+ years transforming data into actionable insights and compelling strategic narratives for some of the world’s most influential organizations.

At Raptive, a leading digital media company for independent creators, Anna served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Insights. She guided creators and advertisers in formulating data- driven ad and content strategies to grow consumer engagement. She also played a major role in driving AI enablement for Raptive’s sales team, and pioneered Mindset Personas, an innovative audience segmentation methodology that transformed how brands understand and reach their audiences on the platform.

Prior to Raptive, Anna was a Senior Vice President at BAV Group (a WPP company), where she built data-driven brand strategies for American Express, ESPN, Target, Capital One, Colgate, Purina, and more, and led nation-branding initiatives for countries around the world.

Anna’s work has always had a strong focus on thought leadership. She co-launched the Best Countries study with the Wharton School, unveiled at the World Economic Forum in Davos; her insights have been featured in The Wall Street Journal and Adweek, and she has shared her expertise at SXSW, the United Nations, and as a guest lecturer at NYU Stern and Columbia.

Anna is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the Wharton School. Her superpower is making the complex feel simple, translating dense research into strategic narratives that drive decision-making and create meaningful connections between brands and their audiences
