Zorana Mihic
Vice President of Research Operations
Zorana is Vice President of Research Operations at Quadrant Strategies. She leads the research operations team across Washington DC, New York, and Belgrade, and is responsible for the systems that keep the firm’s research running smoothly, from panel management to project delivery.
She oversees Quadrant’s proprietary panel program, covering policy, technology, financial, and B2B audiences, as well as the firm’s qualitative and quantitative research delivery and the internal tools that support it. A core focus of her work is improving respondent quality: building specialized recruitment capabilities that let clients hear directly from the hard-to-reach audiences that matter most.
Prior to Quadrant, Zorana managed executive research delivery connecting C-suite leaders with strategic insights on emerging market trends. She holds an M.S. in Organizational Communications from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Novi Sad.
Outside the office, Zorana can usually be found on a yoga mat or behind a camera, with her two cats supervising from a safe distance.
