Our Story
In 2015, Billy Mann and Scott Siff co-founded Quadrant Strategies with a simple idea: the best strategy comes from senior experts who understand their clients’ businesses, lead the work themselves, and stay aligned with their clients’ needs and plans. They set out to build a firm where strategic thinking, premium research, and clear recommendations replaced long decks without a POV.
As the firm grew, we recognized additional challenges our clients were facing, as well as new opportunities to generate better insight. Each phase of Quadrant’s evolution – summarized on right side of this page – reflects a deliberate response to those moments.
Today, Quadrant is a global team with offices in Washington, D.C., New York, London, and Belgrade. Over time, we have grown to serve more clients, improve data quality, and harness advanced tech, all in service of our core premise: premium research and strategic thinking are required to navigate critical corporate decisions.
Phase One
Senior-Level Consulting
Quadrant launched to challenge the status quo of formulaic corporate research and of senior leaders being present for the pitch but absent from the work. From day one, we have operated differently, with our seasoned advisors deeply involved end-to-end to ensure that real strategic judgment and deep client understanding guide every engagement.
Phase Two
Premium Data
As Quadrant grew, clients came to us with a common challenge: sample quality across the industry is poor, with clients often settling for proxies rather than the actual high-value audiences they care about. To address this, we built a research operations team in-house that hand recruits, vets, and curates panels of true influential audiences. It started with Policy Insiders and expanded to Wall Street Insiders, Tech Insiders, advertising executives, business leaders, and high-net-worth elites, among others.
Phase Three
AI & Digital intelligence
As advanced AI opened new possibilities for making sense of unstructured data, we moved early to integrate AI across the traditional research process, to improve everything from participant recruiting to data collection to text analysis. At the same time, we built a dedicated digital analytics team that uses AI-driven analysis of online conversation and content to understand narrative dynamics, identify influential voices, and help clients anticipate emerging risks and opportunities.
